Do I need an account to use Emblem?

No account is required to browse passports, view emblems, or read country pages on the website. To collect emblems through GPS verification you sign in inside the app — that is what links the souvenir to your collection.

Does GPS verification work indoors?

Yes for most cultural sites — Emblem uses a generous accuracy radius around each location so museums, basilicas, courtyards, and similar venues unlock without needing pinpoint GPS.
