Cooperation projects

How NGOs, municipalities, universities and project coordinators can include an Emblem cultural passport in a cooperation project.

Bring Emblem into a cooperation project

For NGOs, municipalities, cultural organisations, universities and project coordinators: discuss how a Cultural Passport could support local storytelling, youth participation, heritage interpretation or exchange between places.

You can approach Emblem with an existing project or explore the Digital World Expo proposal: a network of locally authored Cultural Passports. That proposal is in partner development; it is not an awarded European grant or a confirmed consortium. Participation, eligibility and the appropriate contractual role must be checked for each call.

A project coordinator can lead the wider programme while Emblem contributes the agreed digital experience and implementation. Each local partner helps shape its own stories and participation activities.

Quick answers
Is European funding already secured?
No European grant award is being claimed for the Digital World Expo proposal. It is a partnership-development concept. Any application, partner eligibility, budget and timetable must follow the relevant published call. A commercial project can be scoped separately with its own financing.
What happens if a grant is delayed or refused?
Grant-dependent production should not start automatically. The parties need to agree whether to revise, defer or stop, and who bears any preparation costs. Reimbursement by a future grant is not promised. These arrangements belong in the written project agreement.
