Emblem for organisations
Passport projects and evidence
Give every visit a story that stays
Turn your place, business or event into an experience people can collect, learn from and return to. Original digital souvenirs, cultural passports and playful challenges bring your stories together in one app, with your organisation at the heart of the journey.
Start with one meaningful souvenir, then grow into a route, a season or a network. Emblem helps scope and configure your project; the selected features, availability and support are agreed before launch.
Much more than a digital souvenir
Choose the tools that fit your audience and your capacity to run the experience. Emblem coordinates the agreed setup, creative work and launch.
Original digital souvenirs
Commission art that represents a place, collection or occasion. Visitors keep it with its story and creator attribution, without physical souvenir stock to produce, ship or store.
Collection at the real place
GPS-verified collection links a souvenir to a visit. An additional controlled code can be scoped for suitable indoor or event settings; it does not replace location verification. Collection conditions are reviewed before launch.
Events and collectible editions
Build a chapter around an exhibition, festival, opening or seasonal programme. Agreed collection dates and optional edition limits make the occasion distinct; a later chapter can introduce a new story.
Memories people can give
Where enabled, visitors can send eligible gift editions with a personal message. A gifted edition complements a memory; it does not count as an on-site visit or unlock passport progress or rewards.
Gift letters and scheduled delivery are available on Android and arrive on iPhone with app version 1.6.67. We confirm the available gifting options for each launch.
Passports that lead to new places
Connect several stops in one cultural journey. A map and visible collection progress encourage people to discover lesser-known places and see how each stop belongs to a larger story.
Stories, quizzes and creative formats
Turn your cultural content into short stories and knowledge quizzes. Explore audio or supported visual and augmented-reality formats with Emblem when they fit the agreed creative scope.
Titles that recognise achievement
Make progress visible through collection or quiz achievements. Design supported titles and their requirements with Emblem so visitors can express what they have discovered on their profiles.
A challenge, a Coin reward or a lucky surprise?
These formats serve different goals. Choose a reward your organisation can honour, then define its eligibility, availability and redemption process with Emblem.
Reward configuration is managed with Emblem and depends on the supported rollout. The organisation supplies and honours its agreed benefits; reward terms must be ready before launch.
Your place can open the door to other places
Join Emblem’s network of places and creators through an agreed project. A shared cultural journey can connect organisations that visitors might otherwise discover separately.
Partner participation and marketing commitments are agreed individually. Emblem does not promise a fixed audience, advertising reach or automatic access to another partner’s customer data.
Measure the experience, respect the visitor
Agree a useful report before launch. Reporting uses measured activity from your project and the reporting period, with aggregate insights appropriate to its scope.
Following is voluntary. Project reporting is not a customer CRM or a feed of identifiable visitors’ movement history; marketing permissions and any additional data use require their own agreed basis.
A visit becomes the beginning of a collection
The souvenir gives people something to keep. The wider experience gives them something to discover next.
These are experience design goals, not guaranteed sales or repeat visits. Agree what success means and assess the measured results after launch.
Your profile brings the whole experience together
Give visitors a recognisable place to find your stories, collections and next chapter, alongside other organisations and creators in the app.
Discover your story
Your profile, places and passport help people find you and understand why a visit is worth making.
Visit and collect
At an eligible real location, visitors collect an Emblem: an original digital artwork linked to your place and its story.
Learn and progress
Stories, quizzes and visible collection progress turn curiosity into participation. Supported achievements can unlock titles; eligible collection requirements can unlock available challenge rewards.
Keep and share the memory
The Emblem stays in the visitor’s personal collection after the visit. Eligible gift editions offer another way to share a memory, where gifting is available.
Explore the next chapter
A new exhibition, event, nearby partner or passport destination gives followers a fresh reason to explore.
Challenge: achieve a goal
Use collection requirements to guide a journey. A qualifying visitor can unlock the displayed reward while it is available.
Clear requirements, availability and redemption conditions; completion is different from a chance-based prize.
Coins: choose an eligible offer
Where enabled, offer a benefit at a displayed Coin cost. A visit, workshop, discount or other benefit can be discussed if your team can deliver it.
Coin balance alone may not be enough: extra eligibility, dates, stock and offer conditions can apply.
Lucky: a chance to receive a reward
An eligible collection can provide one attempt per account in an active Lucky campaign. This creates a surprise around the souvenir without promising a win.
Campaign rules, odds, eligibility and stock govern the outcome. Rewards are never guaranteed.
Show who you are
Your name, logo, cover, description and relevant website or social link introduce your organisation.
Show what people can discover
Bring your Emblems and passports together, with credited creators and available rewards where configured.
Build a voluntary following
People choose to follow your organisation. Your evolving programme can give them reasons to return to your profile and explore again.
Give each memory context
Connect the artwork to its place, story and creator, so the souvenir carries meaning beyond an isolated image.
Create a shared passport
Connect a museum, café, studio, landmark or other eligible stop around a common theme. Define the route, partners and collection conditions together.
Build stories together
Work with credited creators and local contributors. Agree content, permissions and each partner’s role so the journey feels coherent.
Coordinate shared marketing
Plan launch messages, on-site materials and agreed partner communications. Each organisation can help introduce the route to its own audience.
Your profile brings the whole experience together
Example app profile: Bernard-Massard. Your profile’s content and available sections depend on the agreed setup.

A low-material collectible with no souvenir inventory to ship or store
One platform, four practical organisation journeys
The buying process stays focused while the route, visitor experience and content adapt to the organisation.
These are possible project formats, not claims that every example is already deployed. Start from your story, audience and operational capacity.

Start small or build a connected programme
Choose a scale that matches your audience, content, budget and team. The packages below are starting points; your written proposal defines the actual deliverables and responsibilities.
Typical passport projects are planned over 4–8 weeks after scope is confirmed. Timing depends on creative approvals, rights, locations, reward readiness and project complexity; larger programmes need more preparation.
