Questions from organisations

Detailed answers for organisations on rights, data, reporting, rewards, events and leaving a project.

Measure the experience, respect the visitor

Agree a useful report before launch. Reporting uses measured activity from your project and the reporting period, with aggregate insights appropriate to its scope.

Collections over time

Review how many Emblems were collected during the agreed period and compare activity around project dates.

Collections by place

See how many times each Emblem was collected, to understand which places people reach.

Following is voluntary. Project reporting is not a customer CRM or a feed of identifiable visitors’ movement history; marketing permissions and any additional data use require their own agreed basis.

Quick answers
Can we use our existing art and stories?
Bring them to the discovery discussion. Emblem reviews the creative fit and required permissions, credits and usage rights with you, and can coordinate approved creators for new work.
Can visitors give an Emblem to someone else?
Eligible gift editions can be sent where gifting is enabled. A gift is separate from the original on-site collection and does not advance the recipient’s passport or unlock rewards. A gift can include a personal letter and a scheduled delivery date: on Android now, and on iPhone from app version 1.6.67.
Can several organisations share a route and its marketing?
Yes, a multi-partner project can be scoped around a shared theme. Partners agree locations, content, responsibilities and communications. Reach is not guaranteed, and one partner’s customer data is not automatically shared with another.
Can we add events, titles or new chapters later?
Yes, supported additions can be scoped with Emblem. Collection dates, editions and supported achievement requirements make it possible to plan a continuing programme; updates, creative work and ongoing support are agreed separately.
What happens to the project when an event ends?
The collection window can end while collected souvenirs remain in visitors’ personal collections, subject to Emblem’s service terms. Ongoing content availability, rights, reward redemption and support are defined in the project agreement; no permanent service guarantee is implied.
What should the agreement cover, including leaving the project?
Before production, agree deliverables, approvals, payments, content licences, credit, data roles, support duration and responsibilities. It should also explain cancellation or exit, what happens to published content and access, and any retention or export arrangements. Those terms are project-specific, not assumed from this page.
Does programme support make Emblem an official institutional app?
No. The Luxembourg Passport · Youth for Peace received support through the Youth for Peace: UNESCO Intercultural Leadership Programme. That specific programme relationship does not make Emblem an official UNESCO app or imply endorsement of every passport or proposed partnership.
What does the buyer receive?
A configured Emblem experience, agreed creative and cultural content, location setup, QA, launch support and aggregate reporting appropriate to the package.
Who pays the Emblem creator?
Emblem creator commissioning and compensation are defined in the project scope. Emblem can coordinate the commission or work with approved existing creators.
Who owns the Emblem?
Rights and permitted uses are stated in the signed project agreement. Emblem does not present one ownership model as universal.
Can rewards be configured?
Yes. A partner can define an eligible reward, the quantity available and its redemption conditions, while Emblem configures the digital unlock experience.
What happens after launch?
Emblem monitors technical performance, provides agreed reporting and can scope updates, new locations or a continuing programme.
What does it cost?
The prices are on the For Organisations page. After a short call, a written quote confirms your exact scope and price.
