By a campfire, Grand Duke Gediminas tells the priest Lizdeika his dream: an iron wolf howling on a hilltop under the moon. The legend says Lizdeika told him to build a castle on that hill and a city whose fame would carry as far as the wolf's howl. The Emblem is collected at Gediminas Castle Tower, the last standing part of the Upper Castle above the old town, where the Lithuanian flag flies today.
