About this Emblem
A cosy 1980s living room glows with strings of coloured lights, a television and a worn sofa, but the window behind them is barred. The Emblem is collected at Lukiškės Prison, a prison for more than a century until it closed in 2019, where Netflix later filmed scenes for the fourth season of Stranger Things. Today, as Lukiškės Prison 2.0, it is an arts centre, with artists and musicians at work in the former cells.
