Music Memories is the cultural collection of songs connected to places and cultures inside Pavilions. Each rated song carries a community Memory Score and listening links.

How are songs ranked?

Each user vote scores five dimensions out of ten — sound, cultural identity, uniqueness, popularity, and repeatability — averaged into a 0–100 final score. The page shows the community average plus a direct link to listen on Spotify or Apple Music.

Can I add a song from my country?

Yes. Inside the Emblem app, open any country, switch to the music tab, and use "Suggest a song". Tracks are matched against Spotify so artist credits and artwork stay accurate.

Why is the same song listed under more than one country?

Accepted Answer

Songs follow the artist's cultural origin, not just where they were recorded. If a song is meaningfully co-claimed by two cultures (e.g. a collaboration), it can appear on multiple Music Memories country pages with separate community Memory Scores.
