Food Memories is the cultural collection of dishes, drinks and desserts inside Pavilions. Each rated item carries a community Memory Score, helping people discover what cultures cook, share and celebrate.

How are local dishes ranked?

Accepted Answer

Each user vote scores ten dimensions out of ten — taste, cultural identity, authenticity, uniqueness, history, texture, technique, harmony, visual appeal, and emotional memorability — weighted into a 0–100 final score. The page shows the community average alongside the vote count.

Can I add a missing dish from my country?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Inside the Emblem app, open any country and use the "Suggest a dish" button. Submitted dishes appear on the public Food Memories page once community Memory Scores start coming in.

Question 4

How do you separate food, drinks, and desserts?

Accepted Answer

Each Emblem cuisine item has a category — food, drink, or dessert — set when the dish is first proposed. The Food Memories page lets you switch tabs between the three so the comparison stays fair (a cocktail isn't paired with a dessert).
